Designed and installed by CMCi, this project perfectly blends privacy, low maintenance, and contemporary style to match the client’s vision. Featuring custom metalwork, mood lighting, aromatic Ontario plants, and thoughtful details throughout, we created a space that is both functional and beautiful. Every element was carefully selected to meet the client’s specifications, resulting in a modern landscape tailored to their unique taste.

CMCi prepared the landscape by installing concrete forms for the patio and walkway, framing the deck, and shaping garden beds, ready for soil, sod, trees, and plants to bring the design to life.

CMCi designed and installed a concrete path leading to the street, flanked by fresh sod and a generously planted bed of flowers and evergreens.
We designed and installed an Ipe front entrance that provided a striking contrast to the concrete walkway while seamlessly tying into the custom Corten steel planter, creating a cohesive and modern entryway.
At the street, we installed a custom-fabricated Corten steel planter, filled with privacy grasses and fragrant perennials to enhance the streetscape and create a natural buffer.
